Our staff can be reached by telephone or e-mail at any time to help you over the hurdles. Your data will reside in a SQL database, a familiar tool to many software engineers. With the new resources available as a result of the partnership between Data Access, Invisible Fence, and Radio Systems Corporation, you will notice many improvements in the level of support that is available.

Our larger network users often have a technical person on staff. However, you will not necessarily need a technical person on staff for eFence Xtreme. Use of the product is very intuitive; should you need assistance with more complicated tasks, we are just a phone call away.
