How many dealers are using eFence?
More than half of the current Invisible Fence Brand dealerships are using eFence
to manage their business. eFence Xtreme is the latest technology innovation; we
anticipate converting all of our existing eFence dealers in 2008.
What is the largest dealership using eFence?
There are several dealers with 15,000+ customers in the database.
Is my dealership too small for eFence Xtreme?
With as few as 500 records in the database, eFence Xtreme will help streamline and
simplify your business operations. If your operation is small enough that you do
not have office staff, the ability to “Forward” eFence Xtreme with your phones to
a call center (i.e. your distributor) will allow you to have a big company feel
without the overhead.
Once I decide to use eFence Xtreme in my business, how long will it take for me
to get the software?
We have a schedule for converting data and getting our customer up and running.
Depending on your existing systems and data conversion needs, we could have eFence
Xtreme in your business with a few weeks. Sign up early so you get the appointment
that is best for you.
Data conversion? Sounds complicated. Do I need to do that?
It depends. If you want your existing database transferred over to eFence Xtreme,
there’s some work involved. Rest assured that all your data is secure, and our staff
handles all of the technical details.
Do I need to run eFence Xtreme exclusively? What about my existing systems?
Good question. There’s a trial period that runs from two days up to two weeks, using
a trial conversion of your own data. Once you and your staff are comfortable with
eFence Xtreme, we do a cut-over conversion of your existing data and you can use
eFence Xtreme exclusively moving forward.
Can I get my money back if I decide the eFence Xtreme system is not for me?
You are completely protected by a 90 day unconditional money back guarantee -- If
for any reason you decide that the system is not going to work for you within 90
days of use, notify us. We will uninstall the software and we’ll provide a full
refund.
Is your company going to be there if I need support?
Since 1994, Data Access Inc., and its principal Russ Shumate, has developed and
maintained office automation software for Invisible Fence dealerships. Our staff
can be reached by telephone or e-mail at any time to help you over the hurdles.
Your data will reside in a SQL database, a familiar tool to many software engineers.
With the new resources available as a result of the partnership between Data Access,
Invisible Fence, and Radio Systems Corporation, you will notice many improvements
in the level of support that is available.
Will I need a computer person on staff?
Our larger network users often have a technical person on staff. However, you will
not necessarily need a technical person on staff for eFence Xtreme. Use of the product
is very intuitive; should you need assistance with more complicated tasks, we are
just a phone call away.
